REGENERATION experts will gather in Liverpool for the inaugural Northern Urban Regeneration Exhibition and Conference next week.
The Nurec 2008 conference will be at the Echo Arena and BT Convention Centre on Monday and Tuesday, July 28 and 29.
It will look back on 30 years of urban regeneration policy and implementation, highlighting key successes in northern towns and cities, such as city centre redevelopment and the development of the tourist industry.
It will also examine challenges now facing northern cities.
