THE region’s NHS trusts providing acute mental health services were rated by the Healthcare Commission yesterday.
The Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust was rated “good”. Mersey Care NHS Trust was “fair”. They could have got ratings of “excellent”, “good”, “fair” or “weak”.
Lancashire Care NHS Trust was “weak”.
