Lingerie models basque in crowds’ attention during eye-catching stunt
LIVE mannequins attracted attention this weekend at a Liverpool lingerie shop.
The Corsetorium in Cavern Walks shopping centre put on the show on Saturday, as part of a wider promotional event with their neighbouring businesses.
The two mannequins modelled corsetry and vintage lingerie in a burlesque style.
The shop was promoting its new range of What Katie Did products and the models showed off corsets by Vollers and Valkyrie.
Store owner Allison Fernandez said: “It was brilliant – everybody was stopping to look.
“We are a new business and want to let people know we are here. We want to encourage people to come into the shop and see the collections we have on offer.
“Liverpool One has had an effect on our business to a degree, so the aim is to draw customers back into this area. The shop brings something fresh and exciting to Liverpool.”
