Library visit for crime writer

ONE of the world’s most acclaimed crime writers met fans in Liverpool to help promote his latest offering.

Best-selling author Jeffrey Deaver visited Liverpool Central Library yesterday as part of the book tour for his new release, The Broken Window.

City council executive member for libraries Cllr Keith Turner said: “Jeffrey Deaver’s novels have won him millions of fans the world over, and I’m delighted Liverpool readers had the chance to meet the man behind such a range of fascinating literary characters.”

The Broken Window is Jeffrey Deaver’s 23rd novel and his eighth chronicling the exploits of quadriplegic forensic detective Lincoln Rhyme.
