Comic puts his best foot forward to lead conga for Roy Castle fund

KEN DODD led a conga line of charity workers yesterday as part a fundraising campaign, asking people to think on their feet.

The Roy Castle Lung Foundation, now based on Wavertree Technology Park, has brought celebrities from the worlds of sport, music, film and television together to take part in De-Feet Lung Cancer campaign.

And it is now asking the public to join in fundraising.

Celebrities have donated their shoes for an online auction tomorrow, but people can get involved in many ways – from a sponsored run to wearing slippers to work.

SEE tomorrow’s Daily Post for a full interview with the charity’s new chief executive, Dr Rosemary Gillespie.
