NATASHA Hamilton’s nightclub can reopen from today, after police shut it down.

H Bar on Victoria Street was closed on September 10 after two men were stabbed in an incident at the club.

Police raised concerns about gangsters frequenting the venue and said revenge attacks could result.

At a licensing review today the committee allowed the club to reopen but imposed conditions.

Police did not opposed the reopening and club managers have vowed to cooperate with them to prevent any future trouble.

The conditions are:

* CCTV must be installed and maintained to Merseyside Police’s excepted standard.

* The premises must join pub watch.

* A licence holder must be present when the bar is open.

* Within 42 days a metal detector arch must be installed and used after 10pm to prevent weapons entering the venue.

* Hand held metal detectors must be used until this date.
