A visit from Spooky World _320
SKELETONS came out of the closet when characters from the world’s only dedicated Hallowe’en theme park roamed the streets of Liverpool.
Spooky World, at Apple Jack’s Farm, Stretton Warrington, is described as fun by day and scary at night.
The attraction was created in 2006, although the farm had first branched into entertainment in 2003, with the opening of the Amazing Maize Maze.
To promote this year’s Hallowe’en, Spooky World is taking to the roads with some of its ghouls in the Haunted Hayride wagon.
David Fryer, co-founder of Apple Jack’s, said: “We had a great response from Liverpool, most people wanted to shake hands with our skeleton and have their photo taken. I suppose the people of Liverpool don’t scare so easily.”
