A SECTION of the M56 in Cheshire was closed for several hours after a lorry crashed into the central reservation.
The motorway was closed in both directions from 12.30pm for around four hours after the crash near junction 9 at Lymm.
No-one was injured but a large quantity of diesel was spilled on the carriageway and had to be cleared.
