EVERTON FC captain Phil Neville has slashed the asking price for his luxury home in Lancashire by £500,000.
The six-bedroom mansion near Rawtenstall had been on the market for seven months at £4m.
But, after failing to find a buyer, Neville has dropped the price tag for Sunnyside House to £3.5m.
