A TALENTED young athlete suffered a history of psychiatric problems before hanging herself in a Merseyside park.
Georja Busetto, 15, had excelled in the UKA Young Athletes’ League at Bebington’s Oval sports centre on June 1, a Wirral inquest heard yesterday.
Later that day, members of the public discovered the former Plessington High pupil hanging but still conscious in Birkenhead Park.
The inquest heard Georja’s mother, Lisa Martin, had reported her missing earlier that day.
