A LIVERPOOL taxi driver will appear in court charged with a string of sex attacks.
James Walmsley, 37, is accused of raping a 19-year-old woman in his cab after driving her to a deserted car park in Bootle on July 16. He is also alleged to have carried out two further sex assaults on female passengers.
Walmsley, of Lynwood Gardens, Orrell Park, appeared at Liverpool Crown Court via video link from Walton jail. He did not enter pleas. Judge David Aubrey QC fixed a plea and case management hearing for January 12.
