A MERSEYSIDE law firm say their city centre office has turned into a tourist attraction since they installed a Superlambanana in the front window.
Partners at Brown Turner Ross solicitors bid £6,000 when Superlawbanana and the rest of its flock went under the hammer in September.
It now gazes onto Stanley Street, where it is attracting attention from passers-by.
Dressed as a barrister in a gown and wig, visitors stop outside the office to pose for pictures in front of it.
Samantha Bushell, Partner at Brown Turner Ross, said: “The partners and I were ecstatic when we won our lamb at the auction. There was a lot of stiff competition but we stuck in there, we always achieve our goals in the end.
“The Superlawbanana certainly turns heads as people walk down Stanley Street and brings a smile to the people who visit us.
“We have not decided where the Superlawbanana will finally stand, and we would be only too happy to hear from suitable foster parents in the New Year.”
Superlawbanana was one of the dozens scattered across Merseyside for the Capital of Culture hit, Go Superlambananas.
It was one of nearly 70 of the flock sold at auction to raise money for Lord Mayor Cllr Steve Rotheram’s chosen charity.
