POLICE are growing increasingly concerned about 16-year-old Stephen Townsend.
He has been missing from care in Sheil Road, Liverpool, since January 15, 2009.
Stephen is described as being white, 5ft 10in tall, of slim build, with short shaved brown hair and was wearing grey tracksuit bottoms and a black fleece.
Anyone who may have seen him since January 15 should contact police on 0151 777 3083 or Missing People on 0500 700 700.
