A POSTMAN was pushed to the ground and kicked by a racist gang in Merseyside.
The 33-year-old postman was attacked on Main Street, Billinge, last Saturday. .
At around 2pm, the victim, a South American, was on a footpath between Recreation Drive and Main Street, in Billinge, when two men and a youth approached.
They knocked him to the ground, where they kicked him and subjected him to racial abuse.
One of the offenders ran away in the direction of Recreation Drive. The other two ran away in the direction of Main Street.
The first thug is described as white, in his mid-20s, of stocky build, around 5ft 7in with short dark brown hair.
The second man was white, early 20s, around 5ft 9in with blond hair and the last offender is described as white and aged between 14 and 16.
