LAW firm DLA Piper confirmed yesterday up to 13 jobs could go from their Liverpool office.
The firm, based in the India Buildings, started a nationwide consultation yesterday that could see 140 staff made redundant.
Around 30 of those are likely to be fee-earners, with the rest support staff in DLA’s eight offices.
The company said yesterday none of the Liverpool job losses will be fee-earners.
Liverpool managing partner Philip Rooney said the firm, which represents Liverpool FC and is handling the planning application for the Mersey Gateway bridge, remains committed to the city region.
