A seventh man has been charged over the nightclub brawl that landed Liverpool FC talisman Steven Gerrard in court.
Today, Merseyside Police said John McGrattan, 33, of Rimmer Avenue, Bowring Park, Liverpool, was charged with affray in connection to the Lounge Inn fight in Southport last year.
He will appear before magistrates in Southport, Merseyside, on Monday February 23, alongside three other men charged this week.
The England midfielder, 28, will reappear in court on March 20 when it is expected he will formally deny charges of assault and affray.
