SHOTS were fired at a house in the Huyton area yesterday afternoon.
Police were called to Thingwall Lane, at 2.40pm, following reports of shots being fired.
No-one was injured and an investigation has now been launched.
A police cordon was set up and crime scene investigators were last night carrying out a forensic examination of the scene.
House-to-house inquiries were also being made.
