Tribute to Liverpool DJ Phil Easton

A ROOM at a new Arrowe Park Hospital living wing will be named after the late Liverpool DJ Phil Easton.

An £850k Ronald McDonald House is due to be built at the Wirral hospital to give the relatives of sick youngsters somewhere to stay.

One of the seven rooms will be a play area named after the Crosby radio broadcaster who died in February, aged 59.

A campaign to raise £50,000 for the room was launched by Phil’s former employers, Radio City.

The station is asking people to donate via its appeal hot line on 0151 472 8900 or, for more details, visit www.radiocity.co.uk
