Liverpool fashion ‘has the edge over London’

LIVERPOOL and London designers came together as supermodel Caprice unveiled her new spring/summer lingerie collection at Liverpool Fashion Week.

Key styles from Caprice Bourret’s By Caprice range were showcased at the Adelphi last night.

The catwalk show included Boudoir Boutique, Samantha Cole, Roza Couture, Philip Armstrong, Vicky Martin, and Ally Mac.

The night was hosted by Caprice and TV fashion guru Julian Bennett, and they announced Philip Armstrong as the first designer of the evening.

After his collection previewed, Caprice said: “That was amazing. I am impressed at the sheer understated elegance of the designs this evening.

“They should do this twice a year.”
