A POPULAR Liverpool cocktail bar has announced it will host the official John Smith’s Grand National winners’ party.
Alma de Cuba will entertain successful jockeys, owners and trainers after the world- famous steeplechase on Saturday, April 4.
Members of the public will also be allowed to buy tickets to the event for £30.
The price includes a complimentary cocktail, live music from band 6ix Toys and a BBQ on the terrace.
Aintree spokesman Emma Owen said: “The close of another running of the world’s greatest steeplechase is a reason to celebrate and an opportunity for the public to celebrate the event with the winning owners, trainers and jockeys.
“It is surely is a reason to head into Liverpool.”
