A LEADING Buddhist teacher will give a public talk next week to celebrate 25 years of Buddhism in Liverpool.
Lama Jampa Thaye said his talk, Buddhism for Modern Times, would show how the teachings of Lord Buddha could be applied by anyone.
The talk, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Dechen Buddhism in Liverpool, takes place on March 26 at the Conference Centre at LACE (at the edge of Sefton Park), Croxteth Drive. The talk starts at 7.30pm. Entry is £6, or £4.
