HE MAY be only seven hands high, but this little horse is the mane attraction at Croxteth Hall and Country Park this Easter.
Philip, a Falabella horse, was born three weeks ago and has already been out and about meeting his neigh-bours, including Tally, the second largest Cleveland Bay horse in Britain who stands at a whopping 19 hands.
Philip’s dam and sire, Sapphire and Spitfire, appear to be proud of their foal, one of many new additions at the farm.
Farm manager Michael Robinson said: “Falabellas may be small but there’s a big animal inside waiting to get out. I’m sure the little horse will be a big attraction.”
