A BURGLARY day of action resulted in 40 arrests.
Merseyside Police held 14 roadshows across Liverpool and Knowsley to offer crime prevention advice.
During the day, 11 warrants were executed, 199 stop searches carried out, and 40 people were arrested for offences including burglary and handling stolen goods. Officers also visited burglary victims to offer reassurance.
