A PASTRY chef who vandalised singer Jay Kay’s £1m Ferrari, after the star invited two women to a hotel room, was last night beginning a jail term.
Aaron Billington, 21, who had an “emotional attachment” to one of the women, was seen throwing stones at the black sports car, Ipswich Crown Court heard.
In jailing Billington for a total of 20 weeks, Judge David Goodin described the attack, which caused nearly £10,000 damage, as “spiteful”.
He had seen Jay Kay, the star’s friend and the women walking on the beach in Aldeburgh, Suffolk, at 12.45am on March 3.
Billington was later seen throwing stones at the star’s 227mph Ferrari Enzo and was later arrested at his flat in the hotel.
Billington, who admitted each offence, was jailed for 10 weeks for the offences, plus a further 10 weeks for the criminal damage.
