A COLLECTION of official Nazi women’s magazines, aimed at German housewives, will be auctioned next week.
The 65 copies of the bi-weekly Frauen Warte are expected to fetch between £500 and £700 at the Mullock’s Auctions sale, in Shropshire.
Richard Westwood-Brookes, historical documents expert, said: “There are knitting patterns, dress-making patterns, fashion articles, cookery and features about women.
“In addition to that, there are subtle Nazi propaganda articles.”
