THREE men have been charged with the murder of a cyclist in Kirkdale.
Landscape gardener David Garrity, 32, was shot from a moving car on Stanley Road just before 3am on June 15 last year.
Lee Coulter, 29, from Kirkdale, appeared at Liverpool magistrates’ court yesterday and was remanded into custody to appear again on April 24.
Steven Coulter, 25, and Jason Sunderland, 36, were charged and remanded in custody on Saturday.
