A MAN dressed in fishing gear is being hunted by police following an assault at Rock Ferry railway station in Wirral.
The incident happened on April 19, when two men were involved in an altercation on the platform.
One of the men used a hammer to assault the other causing minor injuries to his head.
The injured man, a 36-year-old man from Birkenhead, was taken to Arrowe Park hospital for treatment.
