VOLUNTEERS who have made a difference in Merseyside could be in line for an award for their efforts.
Entries are now being invited for the 2009 Greater Merseyside Mentor of the Year Awards. There are four awards up for grabs – Young Mentor of the Year and Young Befriender of the Year, for volunteers aged from 16-25, with similar honours available for those aged 26-plus.
