AN EVERTON FC shop is to become a permanent fixture in the city centre again.
A new store will be opening in Liverpool One in summer, featuring unique visual displays of club memorabilia alongside goods for sale.
It will also mark a transfer for manager Chris Bailes – whose previous experience includes a position running the first Liverpool FC shop in the city.
The new shop is being made to a design that Everton said no other UK club would be able to follow.
It is working with Everton Collection Charitable Trust for assistance with special displays.
Robert Elstone, chief executive of EFC, said a trip to the new shop will be a “truly emotional experience for fans”, thanks to the club’s heritage.
The new store is set to open during the first weekend of July.
