CONSTRUCTION work at one of Merseyside’s busiest recycling centres has finished.
The entrance at Bidston Waste Management Facility, at Wallasey Bridge Road, Wirral, now features separate entry and exit points and a new access route to Bidston Moss community park.
The new layout was opened on Tuesday, and gives access to the Bidston Moss community woodland – a former landfill which has been transformed into green space.
A new independent pedestrian and cycle route provides safer public access.
