Police at the scene of a shooting at Cedar Close, Calderstones _460
A GATED south Liverpool cul-de-sac was sealed off by police after shots were fired at a house.
Cedar Close, opposite the side entrance to Calderstones Park, was taped off after three shots were fired late on Tuesday night.
No-one was injured in the 11pm attack in the affluent Allerton neighbourhood.
Police were yesterday hunting three men, seen with scarves around their faces, racing away from the scene in a silver saloon car shortly after the shots rang out.
At the moment, police are investigating possible motives.
The gates of the cul-de-sac are thought to have been left open so council binmen could collect rubbish.
Residents were allowed past the police cordon, but members of the public were stopped from approaching the scene.
