For this reason, he was giving him an indeterminate sentence for public protection (IPP) for a minimum of two years, minus the 281 days he had spent in custody.
The judge added: “Cocaine is a serious problem of yours and you have used it for the last 20 years.
“There are a number of aggravating features – the relative ages, with the victim being 19 and you aged 36.”
The court heard Warbis had “significant mental problems”.
