Liverpool florist wins Young Chelsea Florist of the Year

Joe has already landed the Interflora Florist of the Future 2009 and Young Florist of the Year from the 2007 British Florist Association Awards.
Fishlocks, on Castle Street, has been going for 110 years.
Mr Moore said: “Joe has once again done the Fishlocks brand proud. It’s an immense privilege for Fishlocks to win a Gold Medal at Chelsea and another incredible accolade for Joe.
“I’m sure it’s gratifying for our customers to know that they are being looked after by the best, while, at the same time, feeling reassured that nobody at Fishlocks will get carried away with this.”
