LIVERPOOL model Danielle Lloyd needed surgery after suffering a serious leg injury after a disturbance in a London nightclub.
The celebrity was attacked at the Crystal nightclub, in the West End, at around 2am yesterday.
Two women were arrested by the Metropolitan Police on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and were bailed pending further enquiries.
A spokesman confirmed they had launched an investigation.
It is thought Danielle fell or was thrown onto a table of drinks, causing nasty injuries to her leg and hip.
Danielle was out with her boyfriend and Tottenham Hotspur footballer Jamie O’Hara when trouble broke out.
He had to be restrained by bouncers after trouble flared at the premises.
It is the second time this month the model has been attacked while out clubbing.
Danielle used to date Spurs footballer Jermaine Defoe and now-retired England star Teddy Sheringham.
