A MAN has been released without charge following the discovery of a woman’s body.
The 67-year-old was originally arrested on suspicion of murder on Friday immediately after the find at Simms Road, Tuebrook, but is not being detained.
The dead woman has been named as 45-year-old Denise Brown.
A full murder investigation has not yet been launched and the cause of death is as yet unknown.
A post mortem examination has taken place but the results are being withheld pending the results of toxicology tests.
