Miss Liverpool crowned in beauty contest
Runners up were Lois Frost, 18, of Walton and Beth Greenham, 19, of Wallasey.
Ally said: “It was a lovely evening.
“It can be really nerve-wracking and all of the girls did really well.
“During the swimwear section the girls got the chance to talk about their ambitions. it was the first time in this kind of competition for a lot of them and it can be pretty gruelling standing up there with a lot of flesh on show but I was so impressed with all of them, they were excellent.”
Miss England will be chosen on July 20, going forward to the Miss World final.
