TOWNS and cities across the country are getting a share of £1.4m government cash to help them crackdown on teenagers who spend their summer holidays binge drinking, Ed Balls, Children’s Minister, will announce today.
Sixty-nine youth crime priority areas, including parts of Merseyside, will get the cash to allow them to confiscate alcohol, break up groups who are getting drunk and get them to sign contracts promising to behave.
