DETECTIVES in West Lancashire are calling on the public to help trace a man with connections in Liverpool.
Officers have issued a picture of Steven Shelley, who they want to talk to in connection with a number of burglaries in their area.
It is understood that the 22-year-old has several connections in Upholland and Kirkby, and police are calling on anyone who knows him to come forward to help with their enquiries.
Steven Shelley is described as white, approximately 5ft 11in tall, of medium build and with short, cropped brown hair. He also speaks with a Liverpool accent.
