FAMOUS Liverpool comedians and actors are among a host of stars to create art works for the charity, Action for Children.
Alexei Sayle, David Morrissey, Paul Barber and Hollyoaks’ Gerard McCarthy have illustrated the personal journeys that have shaped and transformed their lives, in an online exhibition launched today. It aims to raise awareness of the difficult and complex journeys that thousands of the most vulnerable young people make everyday.
Sayle said: “The sentiment behind my art work, right, is that it doesn't take much to have a long and distinguished career in the arts. If I can do it, anyone can.”
