COSTUMED clown actors will entertain at the Tate tomorrow night.
The clowns are young apprentices from Hope Street Limited who have been collaborating with street theatre company Cocoloco to dream up unusual Fool Spectrum performances inspired by the Albert Dock gallery’s current exhibition Colour Chart: Reinventing Colour 1950 to Today The project will culminate in a special late-night festival of colourful and performances throughout the gallery, spilling out on to the dockside.
The Fool Spectrum event will be held from 6pm-9pm, with more than 40 performers.
