A TEENAGER was arrested and bailed over 10 fires at Merseyside pubs.
The 17-year-old, from Huyton, was arrested by detectives at his home yesterday morning.
He was questioned over fires at The Shipperies and The Durning Arms, both on Durning Road; the Mersey Pride, on Utting Avenue; the West Derby Hotel, in West Derby Village; the Richmond, on Williamson Street; the Oak Tree, on Liverpool Road, Huyton; The Swan Hotel, on Kingsway, Huyton; The Roughwood pub, on Roughwood Road, Kirkby; The Green Pepper Country Club, on Parthenon Drive, Norris Green; and the Punch Bowl in Hoylake.
All of the fires have taken place within the last month.
He was released on bail pending further enquiries.
