UP-AND-COMING creative talent has an outlet this weekend at the courtyards of the Bluecoat, in the centre of Liverpool.
Two “Ladies Of A Certain Age”, LOACA.ART founders Freida McKitrick and Angela Hinchcliffe, are staging Art and Design in the City complete with demonstrations by artists, offering a rare opportunity to observe the creative process first hand.
The artists will be displaying and selling their wares – all with the blessing of the Bluecoat – in the courtyards at the refurbished venue.
Angela said: “We have 22 very talented exhibitors taking part representing most artistic disciplines and, am happy to say, all are from the local region.”
The event runs on Saturday, July 4, from 11am to 5pm at the Bluecoat, School Lane.
If wet, it will take place indoors.
