A WOMAN was stunned when a postcard from a Greek island arrived 22 years after it was sent.
Wendy Bosworth, 64, from Wolverhampton, received the slightly damaged card from her niece in a sealed bag.
It was posted by Joanne Bosworth while on holiday on the island of Nisyros in 1987.
A spokesman for Royal Mail said: “We would like to apologise for the delay.”
He added: “It’s a bit of a mystery.”
