Campaign cash call

THE Government must tackle a £200m funding deficit to help adults with learning disabilities, according to a campaigning coalition.

With a green paper on the future of adult social care being launched today, the Learning Disability Coalition urged MPs to prevent people with learning disabilities being squeezed out.

Research has revealed a £200m shortfall in social care funding for people with a learning disability.
