THE North West industrial team at commercial property agency CB Richard Ellis has been appointed by Langtree to let 270,000 sq ft at Stadium Industry Park, in St Helens.
The distribution facility is available on a flexible lease from three months at just 99p per sq ft, which CBRE claims makes it the most economic warehouse unit in the UK. Space will be available from 43,000 sq ft.
Howard George, senior director of industrial agency at CBRE North West, said: “The economic pricing reflects Langtree’s desire to secure a swift letting in the current market. As far as we are aware, this is the lowest priced warehouse facility in the UK.”
The site was formerly occupied by Pilkington.
