TWO men have appeared in court charged with murdering another man in his flat five years ago.
Cheung Shing Cheung died after suffering massive head injuries at his home in Pine Court, Birkenhead.
His body was found in the early hours of May 15, 2004.
Yesterday, Ba Jhu, 54, and Qing Kong both appeared at Liverpool Crown Court via video-link from Walton prison.
Barristers defending the men said the case was unable to proceed to plea and case management hearing.
The men, both of no fixed address, will now appear before the court again on September 30.
