Suspected hooligans on show

THIRTY-TWO photographs of suspected football hooligans were published on the Most Wanted section of a new crime-fighting website.

Members of the public are urged to view the pictures on the Crimestoppers website and help identify the people involved. The appeal relates to violent scenes at the FA Cup match between Hull City and Millwall on January 24 at the KC Stadium.

Large numbers of rival fans ripped up seats during the match, which they used as missiles during Hull’s 2-0 win.

Dave Cording, Crimestoppers’ director of operations, said: “We are urging the public to help the police by identifying these individuals who were involved in disrupting this football match.”
