THE mother of murdered teenager, Anthony Walker visited 10 Downing Street to help in the campaign against knife crime.
The Prime Minister met 10 families affected by youth violence to discuss their concerns and issues such as support for families, knife crime sentencing and the Tackling Knives Action Programme.
Accompanying Gee Walker at the event was Anthony’s sister, Dominique Walker.
Gee and Dominique Walker have shown their support for the Families United organisation which aims to help families affected by youth violence.
THE Anthony Walker Foundation’s annual festival, in memory of Anthony, will take place this year in Sefton Park and Greenbank Sports Academy on August 8 and 9. Entry to the event is free.
