Christians against poverty to expand in Liverpool to beat recession

A DEBT centre is expanding to help people struggling in the recession.

Christians Against Poverty (CAP) has operated a centre in Liverpool since 2005, in partnership with Frontline Church. It aims to open another 60 outlets in the next 12 months.
