THE Birkenhead Tunnel has been turned into a movie set for the final Harry Potter film.
Crew from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows are there until tomorrow.
Filming is taking place at night while Queensway is closed for routine maintenance.
But fans hoping to catch a glimpse of stars like Daniel Radcliffe, who plays Harry, or Emma Watson, who is Hermione, are likely to be disappointed because none of the main cast members are involved in the shoot.
The film is split into two parts, and film bosses declined to say which part the tunnel scene would feature in.
